Vista to Windows 7

Just got to know early in the morning that Microsoft has released Windows 7 RTM to MSDN subscribers. Took about an hour to download 2GB Windows 7 Ultimate installer. Decided not to do fresh install but a simple upgrade (save me the hassle of reinstalling all my existing applications/software). What I thought initially to be a quick upgrade turned out to be a long 4-hour task.
